Bubble Electrolysis.

Bubble Electrolysis Two carbon rods are submerged in water with a dilute solution of Sulfuric Acid. The rods are connected to a power supply set at 12V. The resulting Hydrogen and Oxygen are bubbled into a dish with bubble solution which can be ignited with a lighter. Braver presenters can do this demo in the palm of their hand if desired.
