Spinning Bicycle Wheel Stays Upright.

A bike wheel with handles on both sides is brought up to speed, perhaps most easily done by one person gripping both handles and another spinning the wheel faster and faster. A string clipped to one of the handles can then be used to lift the wheel which will stay mostly upright with slow rotation around the string.
