Same as above: Secondary used for small Jacob's ladder.
Set-up Comments: 
in addition to the 23,000 turn secondary, please also have approx 1,000 turn secondary. This will show the difference # turns make. Do we have an AC V meter that can read secondary V of 10,000 V AC? Or read 1,000 V AC?
